In the lead up to the auction, when open houses were still going on, Angela gladly made extra efforts to accommodate us to come down from Sydney for a viewing. This was outside the usual open house inspection times, and so very convenient for us, and was additional work for her. During these open houses, Angela listened attentively to our feedback and competently offered several personalized suggestions that we found to be of high value regarding the property. During the settlement period, Angela paid special attention to the maintenance of the property, regularly checking in regarding our enquires on flooding (due to wild storms), and she even noticed that the front door key was jamming in the lock sometimes. Once again, this proactive attitude was amazing and was additional work for her. Overall, we would rate Angela as one of the finest agents we've come across (and we've come across many, including terrible ones), in the past 20 years. We wish her well!
